Q: What can I do with an online account?
A: Unlike any other temporary labor company, you can actually place orders for workers online any time of day. You can indicate what the workers will be doing, which branch to use and you'll get an estimated billing rate.
Even if you don't want to order online, you can research invoices, pay invoices, get a wide variety of reports, download invoice information, and more.

Q: Can I preview how it works before I commit to registering?
A: Soon. We will provide a simulated order entry process in the near future. For now, why not sign up for an account? There is no cost to have an account.

Q: How do I pay for services ordered online?
A: You will still receive your Labor Ready invoice via standard mail. Optionally, you can received your invoices by e-mail. In either case, you can use your online account to review invoices, work tickets, payments, etc. from the comfort of your desk.
Also, by the end of the 1st quarter of 2002 you will be able to pay invoices by credit or debit card using your WEB account.

Q: Can I order from any Labor Ready location online?
A: You can order workers from any location in the United States or Canada.

Q: Who can I contact if I have any questions?
A: You can contact Labor Ready in a variety of ways. First, try your local branch office. If they are unable to help, we have a Customer Care center which will handle your questions, complaints or other comments in a variety of forms.
