At VenueReady, we understand that no two events or venues are the same. To that end, we’ve developed a strategic planning process that is customized to the needs of each event and venue. We’ll start with an initial meeting to discuss your event and tour your facility. During this meeting we’ll discuss all your needs from scope of work to supervision duties. From there, our team will create a staff plan and equipment list for your event or venue. We will also take care of recruiting all workers needed for the staff plan.
