Hayley Hewkin, assistant manager at the Salford branch, is a People Person pure and simple. In fact, the more people the better.
No wonder she gets a kick out of morning dispatch and evening payout.
"I don’t know – I just hate quiet. It frustrates me," said Hayley, who started with the branch as a CSR in 2001. "I like taking calls from customers and solving their problems by getting them the workers they need. ’I need 10 workers, right now!’ I love that fast pace and solving their problems quickly."
As assistant manager, she’s often running the branch by herself while branch manager Nick Boardman is out bricking and selling.
Similarly, Hayley loves interacting with customers when servicing their accounts. "Customer service is one of our top priorities," she said.
Recently, Hayley led branch operations for three straight days, open to close. One day she dispatched more than 100 workers single-handedly. And on top of all this, "she ensured all our customers were happy by ringing round each one of them after dispatch," Nick said
"This is girl is a true hero," Nick said. "Her blood definitely runs Labour Ready blue."
