Q: How do I pay invoices online?

A: Invoices can be paid online by credit or debit card using your on-line account.


Q: How do I determine workers' compensation codes and estimate rates?

A: The help screen will help you choose a worker's compensation code. Workers' compensation codes are determined by the nature of your business and not the specific job being done. Rates are determined at the branch level, the local branch will be able to determine your actual worker's compensation codes and negotiate the bill rates for you.

Another option for an easy online account is to become a Corporate Rate customer.

Q: Can I order online if I need temporary employees from branches outside my local area?

A: You can order workers from any branch location in the United States. However, customers who have Canadian billing addresses are currently unable to order workers in the U.S. or Canada through our website.
